Have you ever noticed when you or someone paints or creates something how they're so focused?  They may even be so into what they're doing they may be quiet, and sometimes may even demand others be quiet!  Well that's because being an artist even if it's the first time you're actually creating something, you'll go into your imagination or what some refer to as your mind's eye which is the right side of your brain, the creative, calm, and relaxed state of mind.  This is where you see an image, an idea, and becomes the blueprint to your idea.  A lot can happen when you allow (practice allowing) yourself to relax your mind and body. Disconnecting allows you to:
